It was from the body of thought of Montessori that I learned how to really look at the individual child. Every day I am amazed once again by the willpower, the motivation and the independence that my children display. It’s not for nothing that I am passionate about the young child, the exploratory stage that these children are in is a very lovely stage in my opinion. They discover the world around them and discover their own I. An important condition to be able to become whom you want to be.

As a teacher I find it important to let every child develop at their own level and tempo. I do this by observing, giving little lessons and in this way sensing the impressionable period of the children. From there I find it special to see how quickly children ‘suddenly’ are able to do something. Often I am just as proud as the children themselves!
